Soluto provides digital marketing, web and e-commerce development, creative and media production, and business intelligence consulting. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Project Proposal for each engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide all necessary information, materials (e.g., text, images, brand assets), and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the project's progress. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials you provide.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a project, the intellectual property rights for the final, delivered work will be transferred to you. We reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) specifies otherwise.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, and trade secrets.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Soluto, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., State of Maharashtra], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
