Pricing Policy

Welcome to Soluto. We are committed to providing transparent and fair pricing for all our services. This policy outlines our general approach to pricing, billing, and payments. Please note that specific project proposals and service agreements will contain detailed pricing information tailored to your unique requirements.

1. General Pricing Principles

Our pricing is based on the value we deliver, the complexity of the work, the resources required, and the scope of the project. We offer several pricing models to ensure flexibility for our clients, including project-based fees, monthly retainers, and hourly rates, depending on the service.

2. Service-Specific Pricing

Each of our service pillars has a distinct pricing structure:

• Digital Marketing: Services like SEO, SMM, and Performance Marketing are typically priced on a monthly retainer basis, which ensures continuous optimization and support.
• Web & E-commerce: Development projects (Shopify, custom websites) are usually quoted as a fixed, project-based price. Maintenance and support services are available through monthly plans.
• Creative & Media: Branding, logo design, and other creative projects are quoted on a per-project basis. Photography and videography may be priced per day or per project, including post-production.
• Consulting & BI: Consulting services are offered at an hourly rate or through a fixed-scope project fee. BI and data analysis projects are quoted based on complexity and expected timeline.

3. Quotes and Proposals

All formal quotes and proposals are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Proposals will include a detailed breakdown of costs, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules.

4. Payment Terms

A standard payment schedule involves an upfront deposit (typically 50%) to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or in milestone-based installments for larger projects. For retainer services, payments are due at the beginning of each monthly service period.

5. Changes to Scope

Any requests for work outside the agreed-upon scope (scope creep) will be evaluated and quoted separately. We will always seek your approval before proceeding with any changes that affect the project cost.
